Cero stars, The employees ate extremely rude and will try to embarrass you in front of people. It happened to me at the front desk went I check out. Everything happened because a safe didn't work and the employee didn't even gave a call to tell they couldn't replace it. I ask to be move to a different room. Later at the check out they let me know how unhappy they were about it in front of people by making a scene. I would not recommend this place!!!

The location of the hotel is good, near lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance if you don't have a car. However, if you do have a car the $24 a day parking price is something to consider. Over a longer stay it can become pricey. The hotel is in great condition although there were some signs of wear and tear in our room (misaligned cabinet door, broken flooring). All areas seemed clean. Modern lobby area with lots of seating. Did not swim in the pool; it is situated right next to the front entrance with a fence that you can see through; you are essentially on display. Not an inviting or seemingly relaxing environment. Skipped it all together even though I was looking forward to swimming.

Look amazing. Clean, spacious and I feel so relaxing 😌..

The parking for the hotel is across a busy street and you have to squeeze between shrubs, dirt, mulch and trash to get from the parking lot to the walkway to go across the street to the hotel. The parking lot was filthy day and night, and trash was never removed from the grounds during my visit. The inside of the property was well maintained and my room was very clean.

Comfortable, conveniently located and great service

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near many activities, entertainment, and restaurants. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The only drawback was that the breakfast was a bit simple; it was just OK. I would've liked a "make your own pancake/waffle" station for the kids. Other than that, it was a nice stay, staff was nice, pool was nice, room was nice.

We stayed here to explore the theme parks in Orlando. Breakfast was always fresh and convenient. All the staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and beds were so comfortable. We would stay here again. Great price too!

The hotel is located in an excellent area with available parking, good restaurants, and you can walk everywhere. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would stay there always.

Great experience! I was particularly amazed to find that there was filtered water in the hotel room, dispensed from its own separate tap at the sink.

I loved the bike rentals and there was plenty to do and walk too! So many options really want to go back

Loved it! If I had to cpmplain about one thing, it would be the parking fee. I hate that we had to pay parking it shpuldve been included with the stay! But ither way

Nice place

We very much wnjoyed our stay. We stayed 7 nights. The room was comfortable and tidy on arrival. The couch had some stains and the room smelled a bit musty. However, yhe bedding and floors were clean. They do only tidy rooms every other day and only do a thourough clean every 7 days. This was a bit of a challenge since the heat makes you want yo have new bedding more often and we ran out of towels twice. The only other issue we had was noth the shower and sink got clogged during our stay. We absolutely loved the area and the amenities offered at the hotel.
