It’s the best hotel in all this area! We love it!

First time staying at Margaritaville and really enjoyed my stay. I booked a one bedroom king suite and it was super comfy, clean and perfect. The check-in process was very swift, they texted and communicated with me prior to arriving and throughout my stay. Great bar and restaurant inside the resort, try the Tostones - super good. Great bartender. And the location was excellent, everything was within reach.

Great atmosphere and up to date hotel. Good location across from smathers beach. It was very helpful to have the shuttle to Downtown. Would recommend

Property and rooms were clean and shuttle service was well operated and very helpful. Pool and outdoor area was small, crowded, and inadequate for the number of guests and price paid for the rooms.

Was Ok. The staff was nice. Facilities are well used. The bus to and from Old town is a good perk.

Beautiful resort. Spent the week there with 16 friends to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Friendly, accommodating staff, especially Lilly and Anita. We had a blast!

It was a great experience! The staff was very inviting, friendly, and professional. The transportation between the resort and the islands main attractions was very convenient. We had one issue and the management was understanding and handled the problem promptly. The entertainment area at the resort was amazing and literally across the street from the island's best beach. One minus, which is also a plus too, there is no cheaper fast food around or that you get shuttled too. We spent a lot more money on food than we anticipated.

Everything was fantastic. The room was clean, house keeping gave us fresh towels & made the bed every day (it’s the little things). The staff was very friendly and the shuttle service was very convenient! Overall I would highly recommend.

I was disappointed in broken AC and use of a portable in the room. Also there is a significant mismatch between between the pool capacity and number of guests, which causes a lot of crowding in the pool.

One of the best places we have stayed! We enjoyed it, so beautiful and I love all the added extras, the fruit water and cookies in the lobby. Popsicles or smoothies at certain times. We loved the happy hour by the pool! We got great food/snacks and the drinks were fantastic! Bartenders were great. We loved the pool area. Our rooms were beautiful, and very comfortable. The only odd thing about our room is we had the 2bdrm suite and the king bed had a small bathroom (no shower) and the 2 queen bedrm had the full bathroom, so we had to borrow our kids bathroom for showers and closet/storage space. There was also no closets or place to put clothes in king room! That seems like a backwards layout, but overall we made it work! We did have a small table, sink, fridge and microwave so that was very nice. The shuttle is great for airport transport, but we rarely used it to go to Duval and shopping as the location near duval is not convenient to the main strip on duval, it’s quite a walk. We wished it was closer. We Uber’ed a lot. Very close walk to the beach across the street! All in all…we really enjoyed it, and would return and recommend! Key west was fantastic!

Great dining experience, especially for breakfast! Our server, Anita, was the best!!

Bar staff brought free smoothies at 12:00 noon and popsicles at 2:00. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also the free cookies in the lobby were quite tasty. Music by the pool was great and the free on the hour shuttle into town and to and from the airport was nice. We would stay again! Thank you Margaritaville Beach house!

I've stayed here twice in the last year, and I cannot wait to return! I absolutely Love the Staff!! They are sooo accommodating to all our needs and requests and everyone there feels like much more than just an employee!!! Food and Bar are great! See you all again VERY SOON!

Staff at the hotel were outstanding, 2 of 3 town shuttle drivers could use some training with manners. Lecturing a bus load of adults because one person was remiss on the RULES. did not see guidelines written anywhere,other than that excellent staff

Very nice very clean off the pass. It was very relaxing for me and my husband to have our 10th wedding anniversary.

Everything was great except they get busy and do not have enough supplies for the guests. They ran out of pillows when they know the number of guests coming they should know they need enough pillows to provide.
