Hotel was nice and clean, and staff was very friendly. The only thing i disliked was paying $40 a day for parking after already paying to book the room.

There are no ‘safes’ in the rooms. We had to store cash, valuables and passports in safes at front desk. That was quite inconvenient.

’m shocked by the treatment I received when calling about an issue with this Hilton location. The customer service woman actually hung up on me mid-conversation. As a business owner with over 50 employees in NYC, I understand how difficult customer service can be. I always speak respectfully, knowing the pressures staff face. While I was calmly explaining my situation, the representative suddenly said, "Do not talk to me that way." I was confused and asked for clarification, but she hung up. When I called back, I was met with the same dismissive attitude. This experience was completely unacceptable. Hilton should seriously consider retraining their staff on how to communicate professionally and respectfully with guests.

My daughter and I loved our stay at Hampton Inn. An Uber to Music Row was around $8.00. You could walk, but it's longer than I want to hike in that heat. The rooms are newly remodeled and were fresh and very clean Beds are super comfortable and it's very quiet. Got a great night's sleep. The staff at front desk were excellent. Breakfast was delish, but the best part of our stay was the rooftop pool and pool bar! The view at night was amazing! Great place to relax and enjoy a cocktail after the noise of music row. The only negative is.....the bar is only open from 5:00p.m. till 10:00 p.m. In my opinion it should open for bloody Mary's in the morning and Margaritas by the pool at lunch. It was the highlight of our stay.
