Great location, friendly staff

It’s in a great location right in the heart of the city entertainment area. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff were great. The only slight negative is that we were on level 4 and the rooftop bar was quite loud until after 10pm and then the set up for breakfast (assumption) started about 5.30am.

Liked the friendly staff. Always helpful. Little library useful. Coffee on the roof. Dinner at sunset....

Absolutely amazing property. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Very easy to get to from the airport, very easy walking around the area. Very clean, large room. Great outdoor seating areas, would highly recommend and stay again.

Lovely room that overlooked the sea and very comfortable and well laid out. Very good linen on the bed. The wifi could be patchy for me in the room.

Convenient walkable location & McDonald's on site!

Close to esplanades and night market.

We had a small issue at check in that was quickly resolved (leaking fridge had caused the carpet to get wet and smelly). We were immediately moved to another room that was great! Room had limited USB outlets so remember to bring your power converter for any North American style power cords. Hotel location is awesome if you want to be right in the centre of all the action. Tons of restaurants, easy walking to shopping, stores, the list goes on. The area has a great vibe, the night market is just down the street, boardwalk and ocean right across. Hotel rooftop patio is great for drinks anytime of day. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food. Overall a great hotel that we would stay at again!

This is a great spot for a stay in Cairns. The hotel is new, beautifully appointed, clean and welcoming. The views from the roof top bar & dining space are spectacular.
