Worst experience ever at a hotel. I stayed here for 2 days during the April 30 holiday and was really disappointed. Even though it is a 5-star hotel, I felt uncomfortable from the moment I checked in. The receptionist had an unpleasant and unfriendly attitude, making me feel like I was bothering them. This was also the first time I had to carry my luggage to my room without any support or further instructions. The most annoying thing was that I called to have the room cleaned before leaving, the staff confirmed "ok", but when I returned, everything was the same as when I left. This is really unacceptable for a "5*" standard hotel like this. When checking out, the hotel said there was a spoon missing and asked if I took it or forgot it - very annoying even though it was later determined that the spoon belonged to the dining room. These small details add up to make the experience even worse. The only plus point is the beautiful sea view and the beach is just a few steps away. But that's not enough for me to come back. Will definitely never stay here again.

Clean room, central location, walking distance to the beach

The room has a beautiful sea view, the room is clean, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. I had a wonderful experience watching fireworks on the rooftop. If I have the opportunity to come to Quy Nhon again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The room is very beautifully and unique designed. The room service also wonderful, all staffs so enthusiastic and friendly. The food here also good at the affordable price. The only thing not quite good is the view of this kind of room not like i expected . I thing in the upper room will be have full ocean view.

Next time I go to Quy Nhon, I will definitely still choose Anya Premier. I just don't like the bathroom door design because it's not tightly sealed, so after using it, the smell will spread throughout the room. Otherwise, it's very clean and right in the center, very convenient.

Booked in a hurry for a trip back home, didn't read the old reviews but must say this is a place worth staying for relaxation or even fun because of the convenient location. The staff is very enthusiastic and cute from the security guard to the receptionist. Clean, tidy to every detail

New hotel, clean, enthusiastic staff, ok spa service. The hotel location is near the center, about 1km from the center of Quang Nam but convenient to move and opposite the sea. However, I am not too satisfied with the design of the sink and bathtub, with this design, although modern and new, it is easy to splash water on the floor, causing unhygienic conditions and need to be mopped regularly. The breakfast buffet is diverse, but the taste of the dishes such as pho and vermicelli needs to be improved a lot.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, but the problem is that the toilet is not separate, so those sleeping in the bed enjoy all the sounds and smells of people going to the toilet.
