The room is really nice, comfy bed, quiet, good air conditioning. The location is convenient as well. But, no hot water! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!!!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. They provide free parking, which is very convenient, and our booking included breakfast. However, I feel that the breakfast selection was quite limited, and it would be better if they could offer more variety. The front desk receptionists were all very friendly and welcoming. I also liked that access to the lift and facilities requires face recognition, which made the place feel safe and secure. The gym facilities were great, with many new and well-maintained equipment. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay. As for the room, I really liked it—it was very spacious and clean. The TV was big and even allowed us to connect to Netflix, which was a nice touch. The bathroom layout was well-designed, with separate areas for the bathtub, toilet, and shower. The bathtub itself was large and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some me-time. Overall, I would rate this hotel around 8.5 to 9 out of 10. The location is also quite good—it’s about a 10 to 15-minute walk to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion, where you can shop and enjoy plenty of good food.

Awesome stay, helpful staff and Lisa is so friendly too, we feel very welcome when we came, she even gave free juices too. Our suite was wonderful, we loved it. The food during breakfast was okay, just not that much of choices there. Overall we’re happy with our stay ❤️

The staff was very friendly. We were upgraded to a room at no additional cost. It will be my choise when i got to KL again.

the location is strategic and close to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang, KLCC, the cleanliness and facilities are superb.

The hotel is good, the hotel staff is also good, the rooms are clean, but if you want to book here, don't book 2 rooms at once, breakfast is only for 2 people

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, very close to KLCC and easily walkable. Security was reassuring, as facial recognition was required to access the guest floors. Breakfast was good, though the variety was somewhat limited. Parking was a bit confusing, and the basement was quite narrow which made driving slightly challenging.

For the food, it's just ordinary, for a 5 star class, there aren't many choices.

Very pleasant, close to Suria KLCC. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily, with plenty of mineral water provided. And especially, the excellent and friendly service from Ms. Lisa and the hotel team was very helpful during our trip to KL.
