When I ordered, it turned out that the room was not ready to be used, I had to wait 2 hours. Imagine if I travel far and the room is not ready? I had to wait for the clerk to come to give me the key. Extraordinary. After that, I just found out that after I booked and wanted to take a break, I had to wait for the key, apparently it couldn't be cancelled. Imagine that I booked a night, waiting for the clerk to come at 12 at night, it couldn't be canceled and couldn't be refunded. Meanwhile, every time I make a booking through the application, the reservation goes to the hotel clerk and I can immediately pick up the key and rest. Duh, I didn't think that booking here was complicated and very unsatisfied oriented.

Bad service through travelio. I am very disappointed. Should have been informed from the start if it had to go through a 3rd party.
