Good service, good location for our stay.

The room condition was very bad, very dirty and not enough basic amenities like toothbrushes… The safe was broken and unusable, the leather of the chair was peeling off and was still in the room for guests, the floor was very dirty and not cleaned well. The location was in a small alley, the road was under construction, very inconvenient, there was no 24-hour store like 7-eleven nearby. The train station was also not as close to the hotel as above, the location was at least 500m more 🙂. Never come back for this price, I can find another hotel much better.

Good, the food tastes good, clean, quiet, but there are some people who come to stay and smoke without any regard for the warning signs.

Booked a double bed room When I checked in, the staff said it was full!!!! So I called to ask why I got a single bed and they said it was full So I asked if the price was the same They said it was the same. Ummmm

The room is clean. The staff provides good service. However, the shampoo and soap dispenser bottles are a bit difficult to dispense.

Khách sạn hơi xa sân bay nhưng bù lại rất rộng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, hồ bơi khá sạch đẹp lúc mình đến ở, máy lạnh và tủ lạnh rất lạnh. Lưu ý với các bạn là ở Thái không có dọn phòng mỗi ngày nên khi nào cần thì mọi người hãy yêu cầu nhân viên buồng phòng nha.

Quite near BTS, convenient to travel. The room is clean but the door to the balcony doesn't have a lock. Cute pool and helpful hotel staff, they helped me to get a taxi at 4am to the airport.

Khách sạn khá sạch sẽ và đẹp, tôi nhận phòng trong tình trạng không đầy đủ? Không có vật dụng cá nhân, ví dụ dụng cụ vệ sinh răng miệng? Khách sạn không dọn phòng mỗi ngày, không refill nước uống dù tôi đã trả tiền cho 3 đêm? Nhân viên có vẻ không niềm nở lắm, không quan tâm! Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí ngược với đường đi đến trạm BTS gần nhất nên sẽ tốn rất nhiều thời gian để đi bộ và khá xa, siêu cực! Khó bắt Taxi ở khu vực này, book grab cũng rất lâu mới có người nhận chuyến. Cửa hàng 7Eleven gần nhất cũng đi đoạn hơn 1km, nói chung không khuyến khích mọi người ở khu vực này. Đi theo review của 1 bạn trên tiktok và trải nghiệm không tốt lắm. Tuy nhiên vẫn có lời khen vì khách sạn phòng ốc rất đẹp, chỉnh chu, sạch.
