Too bad, not worthy of 5 stars

It's great to stay here. Not far from city center. Easy to get transportation online.

Spacious room. Good for small group/family (3-4 person), Very nice staff. Quite environment.

Extremely bad experience and never want to come back. Advise everyone not to waste money here. All services from food to room are extremely poor quality.

Breakfast buffet has few dishes, small swimming pool but nice view

Checked in later than scheduled, arrived at 2pm but the receptionist still said the room was not cleaned yet. The elevator was hot and smelly, the service was extremely poor. The key card was broken, called the technician 2-3 times but they didn't come to open it. The service and room quality were terrible.

There was a problem with the wifi network and the phone and we couldn't use it until 10pm before it was restored

Swimming pool, nice location. However, the hotel is a bit old

The toilet had a smell that caused my family to have to close the door to that room to go to the other room to sleep. The breakfast had a few dishes and was not delicious. Just a big room

The only thing that's ok is the enthusiastic and lovely receptionist and security guard - but the housekeeping staff is bad, carelessly cleans, dirty, doesn't change bed sheets, doesn't sweep and clean the balcony, and doesn't come on time to clean ( cleaned during lunch break at 11:30 pm, request to come back later was not accepted) - emphasizing that this is a normal apartment located next to many other apartments for sale and rent. This is not a 5* hotel - the building, hallways and apartments smell musty, smell like Indian smell, the smell of cooking all kinds of food - The bathroom floor is sticky as if it was oiled - the air conditioner is not cool or turned on. It's not cool until midnight - NO HALONG BAY VIEW as the name suggests. Mountain view, lake view, city view - super bad breakfast!!! The food is poor, the air conditioning here is not cool at all. I'm tired of eating, and I can't eat when it's hot

The information on the website is not really complete, the picture posted is buffet but in reality it is not like that. On weekdays, ordering a meal (can only order 1 meal) some of my family members have to order. Order more because 1 hamburger is not enough to fill you up after coming back from swimming in the ocean. There are actually many holes in the information on the web. Room is spacious and clean

The hotel has no room menu. There is no receptionist. Like in an apartment. There is only one person cleaning the room every day, the rest is unimaginable in a 4-star hotel. Turning around, there are 3 staff working back and forth. The TV is not clear anymore.

The toilet in the lobby is dirty, smelly, and no one cleans it. The room is damp, and the air conditioner in the lobby + elevator is not turned on for guests, so it's hot. The staff changes the sheets in some rooms, but not others. The breakfast is not very diverse, but it's okay. The wifi is weak. The staff's attitude is ok, so it's a bit of a relief.

The room is ok but the service is unprofessional, the breakfast buffet is until 10am but by 8am the dishes are all gone and there is no refill... it feels like the staff is not well trained...

When checking in, the door card was faulty and could not be accessed even though the check-in was late at 5pm. There was no receptionist phone number to call for support (not printed on the room card, not announced when checking in), leading to a waste of time and effort looking for support from the hotel. The swimming pool was small, and the pool staff had a bad attitude towards customers.

KHÔNG XỨNG ĐÁNG GIÁ TIỀN 14h check-in lễ tân bảo thông cảm chờ 30’, đến 14h30 quay lại hỏi thì lại bảo thông cảm chờ 30’ nữa! Mình không hiểu khách sạn 4-5* kiểu gì mà bắt khách chờ check-in muộn cả tiếng đồng hồ vậy?? Ngày lễ quá tải thì bên khách sạn phải có phương án từ trước chứ? Và khi đã bắt khách chờ 30’ thì phải báo dọn phòng đấy luôn vì khách đang chờ chứ?? Chưa kể đến ngoài 1 tiếng các bạn bắt mình chờ check-in muộn thì mình làm thủ tục check-in cũng mất 20’ nữa, dù mình chỉ xếp hàng sau 1 khách! Quầy lễ tân thì ở tít bên trong, đi thẳng hết cái sảnh chờ mới đến. Chỗ đỗ xe cũng bảo khách tự tìm xung quanh khách sạn có lot nào trống thì đỗ vào. Ở trên phòng bấm điện thoại gọi lễ tân 3 lần không có ai nghe. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, buffet sáng ít món, thang máy chờ lâu. Kết luận là không bao giờ quay lại!

Spacious room, very convenient to stay with the whole family. But because we live in Hon Gai, if we want to go to Sun World and the Fire Beach, we have to drive quite a distance. The parking space has to be outdoors so that's not very satisfactory.
