Even in the room there is no table to put things. The villa terrace is dirty and lots of small animals enter the room. The room smells damp, the blanket smells musty and isn't comfortable to wear. It's not really relevant for family events to stay here. Even though the atmosphere is quite good, comfortable and calm. But the service and facilities are not okay. Not according to the price of 300 thousand one night.

I ordered a room with a sitting toilet according to the offer in the application but instead was given a squat toilet and a smaller room, when I complained it was said that the room we ordered was full, after I went back and forth about the complaint I was finally given a room according to the type I ordered, but strangely both rooms were we ordered the water to die, when I asked another officer, the other room the water was not dead, only the room we ordered was dead. Kelebihan: tempat strategis, kebetulan kami berniat berendam air panas dan jarak dari sini sangat dekat, view yang bagus, tempat luas, staff sangat ramah, water heater menyala dengan baik karena suhunya sangat dingin jadi berguna sekali, kamar yang saya tempati dari awal masuk wangi, sprei bersih, selimut wangi. Kelebihan lainnya di resto yang menjual makanan murah tapi enak, rekomen untuk dicoba! Kekurangan: TV tidak bisa digunakan, lantai tidak dipel semua, dibawah kolong meja TV sangat kotor, di pinggir kasur dekat tembok juga kotor, keset kamar mandi dari awal datang sangat becek tidak diganti dari yang sebelumnya, sehingga menambah dingin sampai saya keluar kesetnya tidak kering-kering dan lantai jadi basah kemana-mana setiap habis dari WC, di kamar yang saya pesan tidak ada tikar minimal untuk solat di kamar, bau yang keluar dari WC juga lumayan mengganggu, entah septic tank nya atau apa, untuk serangga yang masuk hanya beberapa dan saya tidak terlalu mempermasalahkan karena memang lokasinya seperti itu, lalu tidak ada sama sekali gantungan baju/hanger, atau gantungan baju di area kamar, tidak ada tempat sampah juga. Oh iya satu lagi, jalur untuk parkir motor tolong diperbaiki, terutama bagian dekat jalan raya, jalannya licin, langsung tikungan dari kanan dan agak turun dari aspal sehingga agak berbahaya. Overall, tempatnya alami, strategis, suasana nyaman, makanan lengkap dan pemandangannya bagus, semoga bisa lebih ditingkatkan🫰🏽

Kalo orang yang jijikan mending gak usah nginep di sini. Minusnya banyak:- Kasur tipis.- Sprei dan bantal kotor dan berjamur.- Selimut basah (entah bekas apa?). -Kamar no 8 bau pesing dari toilet.- Kamar no 9 bau miras.- Kamar no 8 water heater rusak.- Kamar no 8 gak ada keset.- Banyak serangga kecil, laba-laba, dan siput masuk ke kamar.- TV cuma pajangan.- Lantai cuma di pel asal asalan.- Teras becek dan kotor.- Kamar gak ada tempat sampah.- Coba makan di lesehan eh sama bikin jijik juga tempatnya, udah gak kerawat banget, lembab bau dan banyak sarang laba-laba, minta di bersihin mejanya eh kotorannya cuma di buang ke lantai pake serbet dan lantai gak di sapu lagi, rasa makanan lumayan, harga juga standar. Plus nya: bapak penjaga parkirnya baik. Kapok deh gak lagi-lagi.

Lumayan untuk stay beberapa hari karena harga terjangkau dan dekat dengan wisata kawah putih dan ranca upas.

Plus nya, konsep penginapan keren kayak glamping (dilihat dari luar), ada air panas, kalau buang air ga susah disiramnya, dikelilingi kebun kopi, penginapan cenderung hangat dibanding yang lain. Jadi ga perlu takut kedinginan. Ada resto yang enak banget dan harga murah banget. Lokasinya kalau dari Kota Bandung, sebelum Kawah Putih. Ga dapet handuk, keset, sikat gigi (maklum murah). Sesekali binatang masuk, jalan buat motor licin kalau hujan dan sempit (tapi parkirannya luas). Lumayan sih kalau buat singgah aja sambil eksplor Rancabali.

The place is nice, very integrated with nature, but if it's very dark at night, hot water is available, the receptionist is kind, I can leave ice gel in the kitchen freezer. There is an additional 10k for parking.

Hotel lumayan murah, di depan ada Rumah Makan yang harganya murah banget. Kebersihan bagus. Ada air panasnya. Selimutnya kurang tebel, udara di sini dingin banget.

Not suitable for family vacation with kids. The condition of the room & bathroom is dirty, the pillows & mattress smell musty. The available sink can only be used by toddlers because it is short & small plus the faucet doesn't flow. Finally we gave plastic & used it as a temporary trash can because there was no trash can in the room. The trash is also far away, there is only an iron drum for burning trash in the motorbike parking lot. The bathroom tiles are cracked so you have to wear sandals if you don't want to get hurt. The first night the children were already fussy asking to go home, even though they had slept in a tent with an outdoor toilet and didn't complain. In front of the cabin, a palm fiber broom is provided maybe to clean yourself & repel insects, but it has only been a few hours that the broom is gone. So we repel insects with a hand punch. I don't know who took it, because almost at the cabin there was a broom each. If you usually go camping, there's no problem with their arrival, but if you're not a fan of insects, I suggest you don't stay here because they will be visited often. A plus in the water heater which is very helpful because the temperature is very cold, especially at dawn. In addition, you can go to the arbotery park on foot because they are across from each other. The natural scenery, waterfalls & fresh air in the arbotery park make a vacation destination in nature achievable. The food is good but maybe because during the Eid holidays, the service takes a long time. The dining area is equally dirty, the tables are not cleaned unless asked. Even the waiter just watched me wipe the table with a tissue, he just looked at me while holding the menu. But positive thinking maybe because of the Eid holiday they are tired/overworked. Again, because there are no trash bins anywhere, many visitors end up throwing trash carelessly. Too bad it's an eyesore.

I don't know if the inn is not provided with towels and toiletries and the foam mattress is already limp clean but smells musty :( and it's not really comfortable.
