Everything was good, the prices were reasonable, and the space was airy.

I've never seen a hotel in a tourist area this bad. We arrived in the rain, and the security guard didn't even bother to get an umbrella for us. Then, when we tried to borrow an umbrella to get our things from the car, they told us, "Go to the reception and ask there!" And that's where the real shock came in. It's supposed to be a 3-4 star hotel, but they didn't even have an iron. Then they showed us a price list for laundry services. When we agreed, we asked if we could get it done that evening (around 7 PM), but they said it wasn't ready in time. We didn't get it until 9-10 AM the next morning. This will probably be my first and last experience staying at this hotel.

The location is incredibly convenient; the beach is right outside the lobby. I chose a room with a partial sea view, and thankfully, it was absolutely beautiful, offering a great view of the sea without too much direct sunlight. The room was clean, the bed was spacious, but the only downside was that the towels weren't very clean.

The hotel is very pleasant for the guest, the view is directly to the beach. The room is spacious enough to put our things there. Breakfast is good and has many various types of food.

A good experience in Nha Trang. The room was well-equipped. The bathroom was clean and dry. The reception and security staff were helpful with luggage, and the location was convenient, close to the city center. However, the bed linens and mattress should be replaced as they are slightly yellowish. The breakfast was varied, but contained a bit too many starchy dishes.

The rooms have stunning views, are spacious, and fully equipped with amenities. The hotel is centrally located and offers many dining options.

The staff forgot to clean the room and I had to call them multiple times.

I booked a room here for 4 nights, after the experience I would like to rate as follows Location: Facing the sea, the view is very beautiful Facilities: Okay - The power outlet is a bit weak - Poor soundproofing, the next room has the TV on, you can hear the next room talking - Other facilities are like the basics of a hotel Food and drinks: Delicious breakfast buffet, most dishes are okay Staff: The attitude is okay and friendly with guests, but renting a car at the hotel is expensive, at first it was 50k/day, I was okay with it, but after that, the total for 3 days was 450k You should rent a car outside for cheaper Overall, the overall score is about 7/10 Real experience, real people, real work, hope the hotel will review and improve for better service

Excellent, good place, nice view

It's very convenient here with a sea view, affordable room rates, and enthusiastic staff. There's also a cheap motorbike rental service. Delicious breakfast.

Lovely staff, great location right on the beach

I checked in at night. I had contacted them in advance but when I checked in, I was disappointed. The room was dirty. My hair was in a bun on the table and chairs, and there was also a bathroom. The table had dusty cups and trays that I had to wipe. The receptionist even asked me to take a picture - I don't know what they wanted to take a picture of. The bathroom was designed in a confusing way. It was small, but the mirror and sink area were moldy and dirty. The shower area was tiny and had no high edge or divider, only a hanging curtain that didn't cover anything. When you shower, water would splash all over the place where you stood to wash your face. The glass was opaque but you could see inside from the outside, but you couldn't see out from the inside, so what was opaque about it?

The hotel is in a good location, however the facilities are old. The facilities should be renovated.

The quality is not worth the price, the room looks spacious in the photo but when checked in the room was too small

The room is beautiful, clean, the view is amazing. The security guards are very cute, the reception is ok too. The only thing is that check-in is later than the scheduled time, if it can be improved, it will be 10 points 🥰 Will come back here 😎
