There are no SPA facilities at all, not in accordance with the name Hotel & SPA.

The air conditioner faces the cupboard, not the bed. It makes guests who sleep in bed feel hot.

Clean place. The staff is friendly. It's definitely quiet, not noisy.

If it's very noisy at night, the room is not soundproof. Not suitable for resting or working here.

Sebenarnya semuanya oke-oke saja, ac dingin, receptionist ramah, hanya saja karena saya menginap di lantai 4, saat saya sudah di kamar, pengen buang air kecil dan mandi (kebetulan saya dari luar daerah), eh air gak nyala. Gabisa buang air kecil atau bab, apalagi mandi. Setelah menghubungi pihak hotel disuruh menunggu, sekitar setengah jam air belum juga bisa menyala, saya telpon lagi pihak hotelnya, masih disuruh menunggu. Dan akhirnya lebih kurang 1 jam barulah bisa mengakses air. Mohon diperbaiki. Seharusnya ketika tamu sudah check-in. Semua harus dalam kondisi ready. Jikapun tidak ready, harusnya ada inisiatif/memberikan solusi untuk meminta tamu menggunakan toilet yang tersedia di hotel selain yang tidak bisa di akses. Terima kasih.

This is a good hotel. Clean, nice, and comfortable. Value for money.. I’m definitely gonna come back to stay here when I’m in town.
