This hotel is supposed to be a self-service establishment with no reception desk; if you have any problems, you call customer service for assistance. BUT!!! The customer service is terrible, they treat customers with contempt, they don't answer calls, and when you text, they say you have to wait at least 10 minutes for a reply (10 minutes for each sentence). When I asked for a replacement key card because it was broken, they told me "the previous guest just checked out and didn't report any problems with the card," meaning my experience depends on the previous guest; I only get assistance if the previous guest reports the problem. When I had a problem opening the door and couldn't call customer service, they told me not to call to avoid other guests having problems and not getting timely assistance. Instead of helping the customer with their immediate problem, they expect me to worry about other guests who aren't getting timely support. What kind of service is this?
