Sun Boutique has always been my favorite place to stay with my family.

The hotel room's dirty and dusty floors make it uncomfortable to move around. So far, the environment is pleasant.

Didn’t really have issues aside from the TV being rather small. The room was clean although the walls show obvious signs of aging. The smell throughout the room was a bit funky but it didn’t bother me too much. Food at Bustle Base, their restaurant, was delicious (I ordered the black pepper chicken). Never swam in the pool since it was raining really hard but it looked pretty. Staff are kind and the lobby area on each floor is really cozy.

I originally booked a superior room, but my son didn't want it, so we upgraded to a deluxe room for 6 days. Thank God, the room was comfortable and spacious. My son was happy and stayed happily. The superior room had a room phone. The deluxe room I stayed in, number 105, didn't have a room phone. There was a kettle, a refrigerator, and the hot water for the shower worked. But if the shower head wasn't working, the shower head was replaced. If not requested, it was just tidied up. The surrounding area is good, close to Grand Lucky, a 2-minute walk. It's next to the Mmart hotel, so buying water and food is easy. It's close to everything, 15 minutes to the airport. 17 minutes to Kuta Beach, Seminyak. Hopefully, things will be even better in the future. We will definitely return here because of its very strategic location.
