Good location, near the market, I booked 2 rooms, 1 room was ok, 1 room had a smelly toilet, every time I washed my face or took a shower, the smell of the sewer came up, the walls were a bit dirty and old, the price was ok for the holiday.

Price is ok, location is convenient, room is spacious but when I stayed, the toilet sprayer was leaking, the toilet smelled like sewer, the room also had many white bugs covering the bed shelf and floor. I gave feedback that it was only cleaned on the 3rd time but by then I was almost checking out.

In terms of visual perception, the hotel is average. The facilities are near the market and the center, so it is convenient for traveling and eating. There are places to rent motorbikes directly around, so you do not need to rent through the hotel. The staff is cute and friendly. The free drinking water is boiled water for glass bottles => I do not know if this is hygienic enough because there was a bottle that I picked up and saw white particles around it, so I had to drink mineral water and pay for it in the mini bar.

Room 103 has a terrible sewer smell, there are many stains on the walls, the bright hallway lights shine directly into the room making it difficult to sleep, the reception desk is much dirtier than the first time I stayed, there is no landline phone in the room.

- The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as the walking street, night market, and local convenience stores. - While there is no complimentary parking, nearby options are available at a reasonable cost (50,000–100,000 VND per day). - The guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and provide a pleasant stay but some of the common areas, such as the elevator, reception, and hallways, could be better maintained, but overall the hotel offers good value for its location.

The hotel is new and clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location to the night market and Xuan Huong Lake.

Everything was OK, except the noise from the street at night kept us from sleeping well. It was hot when we closed the door, but when we opened it, the noise from parking and eating and drinking on the street was very annoying.

The hotel is right in the center, very convenient, the staff is lovely and enthusiastic, the rooms are new and clean. The only problem is that the mattress is a bit high, if you have a small child, consider it, my baby (13 months) slept with 2 adults, I don't know why he fell off the bed at night, I know my baby has a strange sleeping habit but falling from such a high place still hurts my baby :( The bathroom water is a bit easy to overflow. The rest is very ok.
