The location is easily accessible, directly in front of the hotel is the Transjakarta busway stop so it is easy to get around Jakarta at a more economical cost, close to the train station. There are many quite delicious restaurants around the hotel: Bakmi GM, Whizmie, HokBen, RM Padang Sederhana. The room is very comfortable both in terms of ambiance and bed covers and other supporting facilities are complete. The bathroom is also comfortable, complete with amenities. It's just a shame that the towels and pillowcases look a bit dirty because the results of washing still show many stains, both black and yellow spots. In our opinion, breakfast is overpriced with a lack of food variety and the taste is so-so... so if there is an option without breakfast with a much cheaper room price, it would be a more realistic choice.

The hotel is strategically located, right next to the TransJakarta bus stop, making it easy to get anywhere by public transportation. Overall, the hotel is very clean, an IHG hotel. Hopefully, bamboo combs can be added to the amenities. Thank you, Holiday Inn Matraman!

Negative points: The room lacked soundproofing, so traffic noise from outside was quite audible at night.

Thank God, I'm a regular customer here, but the price often goes up too 🫣. My son really likes staying here because it's carpeted, even though the room isn't big, it's clean & the staff are friendly.
