It's not bad, just the room needs to be improved.

Please provide towels and soap. The location and amenities are excellent, but there's no soap and at least two towels.

When I was there it was raining so I immediately slept comfortably and peacefully.

The hotel staff was very friendly but unfortunately the room did not match the description I chose and the bathroom amenities were only towels & nothing else.

I was hesitant at first, but the Trita is really good. It's cheap, clean, and the hotel is so big, but many of the rooms are no longer in use, so many of them are not well maintained. It's a shame. If everything worked, it would be really good. Overall, it's cheap, comfortable, and has air conditioning. The pool is clean, there are only a few staff. So, at first, I was confused about where to go. There was no one to guide me. Hopefully, it will be better. There are lots of customers.

I initially booked a standard room, but when I checked in, the room was stuffy, so I upgraded to a suite on the second floor. The room was quite comfortable, although the balcony was dirty and full of rats. It's close to Indomaret and food stalls.

Booked a twin bed room on the 4th floor. Access is via stairs. Wifi is only available on the 1st floor. TV channels often lose signal. The water went out several times, requiring you to go down to the 1st floor to call the staff. Positives: Friendly staff, close to Indomaret, and several shops nearby. The room is quite large.

The hotel could actually be better, but it's a shame it's poorly maintained. The hotel staff is lacking (limited). There's no Wi-Fi, even though it says it does. The television channels are limited. The bathroom's ceiling directly overlooks the drainpipes from the room above, which drip and smell every time the upstairs is used. There's minimal lighting at night. Many of the hotel's facilities are poorly maintained. There's no intercom in the rooms.

Actually, the location is strategic near the highway and Indomaret, only the car park is very narrow, the wifi in the upper room is not connected, the bathroom is not very clean, the bed sheets have dirty spots, maybe it is comparable to the price of around 280 thousand, hopefully the facilities will be improved and the main building will be renovated to be more comfortable and more modern.

TV doesn't work. Signal is weak.

The hotel is dirty, there are lots of swallow nests and lots of swallow droppings, there is no hot water, there is no TV, there are no channels, the water is not supplied.

The water was off. So we had to evacuate to another room. And the room was a bit neglected.
