Restaurant staff could be more friendly. Room ok but some improvements including exposed electrical points and A/C temperature control not working. Tennis court good,Animation staff friendly and did a good job. Limited info on tours to Sahara. English language skills could be improved as more guests arrive who don’t speak French or Arabic. A relaxing stay in good weather

We went for it because of 10/10 rating. We had to wait for long time to check in and when we had the key we had to find the room ourself without any help. Put our valubles in the safe including our money after we locked the safe we couldnt open it again so contacted the disk to inform them as we need to get our money they said you have to wait till the day after so we couldnt buy nothing or put deposite for the towels to swim. Horrible service never go there again. Phoned hotel com proised to help and regitered the complaint and zero result

Chambre très propre et personnel adorable.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel proche d’une belle plage. Demi-pension de qualité. Chambre un peu vieille surtout la salle de bain avec baignoire mais propreté impeccable. Animateurs sympas avec animation agréable en journée, moins le soir Nous recommandons pour un séjour en famille.

Nice hotel and good staff that work in the pool area. In the reception the staff was not that helpful. I also got food poisoning from the restaurant so I could not eat anything that trip and was not compressed anything or got any apologies.

c'était bien après le bémol, c'est que il y a des fourmis dans la chambre parfois, je sais pas si c'est comme ça dans toutes les chambres. Il y a un large choix au buffet. Si vous prenez que le petit déjeuner, vous n'aurez pas de bracelet donc à chaque fois que vous passez par la sécurité, vous devez montrer la carte de la chambre. Sinon c'était plutôt sympathique, il y a une bonne ambiance, même les animateurs sont gentils. Et surtout je pense que c'est un des meilleurs hôtels. Très bien situé. Il est à côté de pas mal de restaurants, il est à côté du casino, on peut facilement s'y rendre à pied et ça évite de prendre des taxis tout le temps..

Séjour en famille pour 5 nuits Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé et du coup nous étions en suite vue sur piscine. Ambiance magnifique et les animateurs sont sympas Le personnel et très professionnel, toujours à l'écoute et l'accueil est magnifique Merci
