Hotelnya mau tutup guys. Jadi udah ga seberapa terawat. Padahal strategis dan harganya bersahabat.

It's a shame the location of the hotel is strategic but the hotel lacks maintenance, there are still many notes for this hotel to be repaired. Thanks 👍.

Don't expect more with a budget hotel, but the service from the staff is quite good, the air conditioner is cold, the hot water is smooth, the wifi is okay, I think it's quite worth it all of that, thanks to the staff who have worked well.

The price does not match the condition of the room, lots of cockroaches, smells, luckily only stayed 1 night. The point is, I'm tired of staying here again.

The staff are friendly, only now the buildings and facilities are increasingly inadequate, the beds are dusty and the rooms are stuffy, the plan for 4 nights ends up being just 2 nights, hopefully in the future it can be even better.

You get what you see. Breakfast is home style and they need to improve cleanliness because so many cockroaches in the room. Staff are ok.

Karyawan ramah, dekat kemana mana, pusat kota, menginap 3 hari kamar dibersihin setiap hari, untuk kondisi ada harga ada rupa ya.

Kamar lumayan luas dan bed yang twin juga besar. Pelayanan ramah.

Foto yang dipakai di aplikasi adalah foto lama, berbeda dengan kenyataan krena terlihat kusam, mungkin lama tidak di cat, kamar sempit, selimut terlihat kotor, tidak berjendela, lampu remang-remang (kamar 207 harga 160 ribu). Untuk fasilitas lain (AC, air, alat mandi sudah oke).

Comfortable for resting, clean rooms, very easy to find food, nasi padang at RukoTel recommended kq, my son really likes the Fried Chicken menu, close to TP, square, parks in the middle of the city. Even if it's only for a short time, you can enjoy activities that are close by.

I have stayed at Rukotel Tunjungan twice, besides the location is very strategic, right in the middle of the city, exactly opposite Tunjungan Plaza, the service is very good, friendly and the receptionist is very agile to help when problems occur. The condition of the room is comfortable with complete facilities and of course the price is pocket-friendly. If you return to Surabaya, God willing, you will stay here again.

Dengan harga murah, lokasi sangat strategis dengan Tunjungan Plaza. Kamar bersih, meskipun hotel lama. Pelayanan ramah. Kekurangannya parkir motor di luar/dikelola oleh pengelola ruko. Untuk sepeda motor menginap tarif parkirnya 10 ribu.

There are cobwebs that have not been cleaned, the position was right when there was construction so in the morning I woke up with a hammer sound, the elevator didn't work, so I had to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor, the rest is okay, close to tp, hot water works.

For the overall room, it's okay, strategic location, want to go to Tunjungan plaza, just walk, good job, thanks.

The first room the bed linen was dirty, the air conditioner was not cold. Request to move is not allowed. The next day I was finally able to move because there was a really noisy renovation. The bathroom door was broken.

The staff is friendly. got the most corner room. The WiFi doesn't reach the room. the bathroom has yellowed on the 2nd floor. with a budget like that, okay, don't expect more, just a cheap hotel near TP, that's all I wanted yesterday.

Towels were faded in color and had holes in some parts. Toilets are not clean. Bed linen is not clean. The smell of the room is not good. Tv is broken.
