We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the technician’s availability outside of 24-hour operating hours, which caused you to have to wait for the repair of your broken bathtub faucet. We also regret the poor WiFi signal and the difficulty in connecting the TV to the internet. Your feedback is very valuable to us. We will re-evaluate the availability of technicians and work on improving the quality of our WiFi connection.
