The receptionists are like fishmongers. I booked 3 rooms (6 rooms in total) for a total of 1.1 million VND. When I checked in (because I was late and wanted to hurry - I gave my card and ID card and all) I turned around and went up, 2-3 receptionists rushed up "Oh sister - oh sister - I turned back from the elevator (they were like panicking -) what's wrong, sister: you paid me 1.1 million VND for the room you booked (additional charge).. I was about to leave and said: you just checked in, you're going to eat later, you paid, you didn't run right away..,, no sister - we paid and checked in.... Ok, paying is fine, but the way you jerked your voice made the customer think they didn't know what a customer was, they just printed it - so rushed... So take care of them. I also said "you guys make me think differently about Ben Tre's image on TV and in real life" the hotel is in an ok location, new, clean, spacious, free breakfast, a bit hot to sit in... If the staff is retrained like other big hotels, it will leave a better impression.
