The staying at Asai is always awesome for me and my loved one; the room and the service are always so nice. The location had lots of nice and delicious food that we can eat round the clock.

The hotel is modern and clean, and my room was actually a good size, comfortable and well designed (probably depends on the room type). Good for short stays or if you’ll be out exploring most of the time. Overall a nice, convenient stay.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the station. There were plenty of shops nearby, so I didn't have any trouble. The room was quite large and there was plenty of space to store my luggage, but there were no amenities, so I had to bring or buy room shoes. The air conditioner also had a rather unpleasant smell, which some people might not like. Regarding soundproofing, the room next door was vacant on the second day, so it was quiet, but on the last day, I was surprised to hear quite a bit of noise from the room next door.

The alarm in the hotel suddenly went off, but none of the hotel staff gave an explanation, because it had just been an earthquake a few days ago. Everyone panicked and went downstairs. Not a single hotel staff came down. There was only one security guard downstairs who was asked but didn't understand English. I even asked the security guard using Google Translate. Not a single hotel staff came down. From the 5th floor I went down carrying an elderly person who had difficulty walking via the emergency stairs down. The annoying part was that the staff seemed indifferent when I approached the receptionist on the 4th floor to ask, and were only told that it was accidentally activated. If it hadn't been an earthquake, I would understand, but there had just been an earthquake a few days before. The hotel staff needs to be educated again. This is my second time staying here, but not again if the staff is like this
