AC tidak dingin, mandi air tdk ada air panas nya. Kamar mandi kotor sempit. Tdk ada jemuran handuk. Handuk cuma dpt 1. Cek in susah banget, terlalu bertele-tele dan sulit. Satpam di receptionist tidak welcome terhadap tamu. Tolong di tingkat kn dri kekurangan para tamu. Terima kasih
