Check-in is stated at 2:00 PM WIB, but when we arrived at 2:46 PM WIB, after the check-in time, we couldn't enter the room because it wasn't ready. Please improve your service so that the reserved room can be ready before 2:00 PM WIB, as check-out is requested before 11:59 WIB. May I know what the compensation is for the late availability of a reserved room?

Stayed here for work. It's very close to several ministry offices, and not far from Sarinah, Tanah Abang Block A, and the National Monument area. Strategically located. The room isn't very big, but the air conditioning and bathroom are okay.

The cleanliness is quite clean, my room 219 is located in the next building, the condition of the way to the room is still a bit messy as if it is being renovated so the atmosphere gives the impression of a hostel rather than a hotel
