Comfortable rooms and good staff service

Found orange and cigarette trash in the drawer when we first entered the room and didn't get sandals for the price of 350/night. The bathroom could probably use porteks so the floor doesn't turn black.

The hotel is a bit old but clean and tidy.

Always a stopover for Mamuju-Makassar trips, and vice versa. The rooms are equipped with hot water, the breakfast is delicious and the service is very friendly ️

The location is strategic, the place is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is 5 stars 😍. Subscription since 2017.

Saya sampai di hotel jam 12 malam, reseptionis memberikan kunci kamar di lantai 2. Saat masuk di kamar, suasana sudah sangat seram. Lantai kamar mandi dipenuhi rambut. Saat mandi, air di shower sangat panas dan susah diatur menjadi hangat. Belum selesai mandi shower tiba-tiba mati sendiri (2 kali mati sendiri). Keran air di wastafel susah diputar. Di minta pindah kamar di jam 1 malam. Alasannya AC yang sering mati sendiri. Sampai di kamar kedua, seprei di bawah selimut yang tertata rapi penuh dengan potongan rambut. Saat sarapan, saya masih menemukan rambut di antara nasi putih yang saya tuang ke piring. Betul-betul pengalaman menginap yang horor dan kotor.
