Rooms are modern and comfortable! Highly recommend the suite rooms as the views are amazing of the Detroit skyline!

My day is always great here, but I found that the cleaning staff only made the bed. They didn’t wipe anything down. I ended up having to use my own washcloth to wipe services down and then go get new ones from the front desk all three days I was there.

Nice place

I love the location and have liked staying here. This year though the general upkeep and service left much to be desired. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and would not drain, the swimming pool with views to the riverfront was out of order. We were given incorrect information regarding timings for breakfast by the front desk staff 6:30 am at the time of check in, 6:45 am the morning of and 7 am when we showed up for breakfast. The attention to detail that I’ve come to experience was missing unfortunately.

Fantastic stay! Our room was clean, spacious, staff was friendly and attentive. The aquatic facility is right across the street. Skywalk connecting parking and hotel. All the pros and no cons. Would definitely stay there again!

It was absolutely amazing!

Lovely stay. Beautiful suite room with river view. Lovely staff.

Enjoy the waterfront view that I paid for however, due to plumbing the bathroom flooded on my last night. The upgrade was for a room of a city view so was a bit bummed with that as it for sure is lower in cost than the water view rooms. Enjoyed the 24 hour access gym was fairly quiet after 7 PM. And delicious complementary and warm oatmeal walnut chocolate chip cookies. Keep in mind if not familiar with this hotel parking is not on site, but there is a tunnel that can lead you to the hotel.

Everything was great. Really enjoyed using the gym but the pool was dirty.

The hotel its self was lovely, very clean with nice staff. Only thing not specified is you did have to pay for parking.

Would stay again

The hotel itself was fantastic, the service, rooms, and staff were excellent. I didn’t enjoy the attached college hallway and walkway to parking because it was over run with students smoking in the breezeway and tunnel. The surrounding area in downtown Windsor is not very nice. There is an unusual high number of homeless people mulling around both near the hotel and through out the downtown core. I would stay at the hotel again but the area is sketchy. The keg next door was great for dinner also. We also used the Waterpark while staying here and it was also great.
