The hotel is strategically positioned in the heart of Cilegon. Friendly staff and the room was lovely. However, it lacked soundproofing and you could easily hear other guests walking in the hallway. Overall, it was a good hotel to stay for a few nights considering the price and the location.

Book a non-smoking room, but when I check in I'm always given a smoking room or a twin room, even though the price for a single bed and a twin bed room is different. I paid more but was given a twin room. I've stayed here twice and it's always the same problem. Not to mention that when breakfast is at 9 am, drinking water is not refilled, only water is left, and food is not refilled, even though the last time for breakfast was at 10 am, now at 9 am there is no more food and drinks. With a fairly expensive room price, the food is like a 1-star hotel. Disappointed because this has happened twice.

The staffs were very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was chef’s kiss. I suggest expanding the pool as it only fits for 2 adults.
