When I booked the rooms (I booked 2 rooms), I didn't mention that I wanted no smoking rooms. It turns out Aston Cilegon have some floors that have both smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms. We waited about an hour to be able to check in to non-smoking rooms on non-smoking floor. So, if you reading this, and you want non-smoking floor, don't forget to request that. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Thank you!

We have to upgrade to junior suite as they said available one is smoking room. There's no other option for us to upgrade the room.

The hotel management parking lot is not separated from the hotel guest parking lot, security is picky about hotel guests, those who bring electric cars are ignored by the hotel management, they have to say they are staying at the hotel before they can charge at the hotel's gas station, the food is not varied, the price is expensive, swimming towels cannot be borrowed until the room, for a 4-STAR class like this, maybe just one stay at this hotel is enough, there are still many better hotels.

The hotel staff is very friendly. My suggestion is that if there is a guest car that needs confirmation, please check the database properly so as not to disturb guests in the middle of the night. There is guest data that fills in the car plate number. You can make sure before confirming. The facilities are really good.

Seems like the quality of breakfast is declining. The noodle is hard and dry. The chicken is like eating sugar and the vegetables stirred taste not fresh. Last time, we choose this hotel because of the breakfast, now we need to consider again.
