Easy access, comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable, the distance to the city center was close, close to a delicious wingko babat shop.

the room is safe but when I take a shower the water turns off😁

It's really good, close to the hospital center, easy to find food.

The staff was very informative, helpful, and friendly. Cleanliness was meticulously maintained. Drinking water, tea, and coffee were free-flowing. Toiletries were always fresh.

This is my second time staying here, and yesterday I got a room on the 2nd floor. The one on the 2nd floor is nicer, a bit more soundproof than the one on the 1st floor. So far it's comfortable.

The service is quite good, the cleanliness of the room is also quite good. The location is quite strategic in Mulawarman, if you go to Undip it takes about 5-10 minutes. It will be informed if you need a deposit, it will be returned after checking out.

Clean room, clean bathroom. Good hot water, fast flowing water, lots of soap. Unfortunately the bathroom door has not been repaired and the top floor does not have a dispenser, so it is difficult to go up and down the stairs. Hopefully there must be something that provides comfort for travelers. The staff is friendly. There should be no deposit because it is a hotel. Hopefully it will be better in the future. Wifi is not good.
