Although it is a guest house, this guest house is inferior to a hotel. VERY CLEAN! MOST IMPORTANTLY. The room is VERY GUEDE! VERY SATISFIED. The location is in the Malang city area, near the Oro-oro Dowo Market, 2 minutes walk is good for a morning snack. Around there are pasta restaurants, and lekoh restaurants. EVERY TIME I GO TO MALANG, I ALWAYS STAY HERE! BESSSSTTTTT 🤙

I booked this place for my brother from Australia. He was very impressed with the comfortable atmosphere, clean and safe room, and friendly customer service. The location is close to the beautiful Ijen Street and close to food. If I come to Malang again, I'll definitely stay here again... Thanks.

The room area is very clean & fragrant, the bathroom is also clean but it is recommended to put a curtain so that it doesn't get wet everywhere.

The best hotel I’ve ever been to in town 🥳💯. The atmosphere, the space, even the window too large like aquarium wkwk. Made it so unique too. Ah, the bathroom! So clean and spacious! Everything is fine, really.

my go to place whenever I'm in Malang with my wife. it's located at the heart of Malang so it's a very good starting point if you want to explore Malang. The neighborhod is quiet, not many traffic around and the staff is excellent, they're all very friendly and eager to help you. I can't recommend them enough. The room is clean, everything works perfectly and they even have guling! most of hotel nowadays dont have those so it's super convenient for someone like us who can't sleep without a guling. Definitely enjoyed my time here in Namu, but I wish they have a bigger lobby and a restaurant so we don't have to order gojek if we're just staying in the hotel, but other than that it's perfect! 5 out of 5

Lovely, sweet and wonderful property! Perfect location with easy accessibility to city center, tasteful modern design and good room space. Good wifi speed & stable connection. Might be missing an in-room mirror and slippers. Towels quality is subpar. There was an insect on the bed sheet and they sincerely apologized and offered to replace sheets immediately. I would stay again.

The hotel is strategically located near the city center, near Idjen Boulevard (car-free service on Sundays), near the town square and Malang station... the hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, the parking lot is a bit cramped, but it was quite comfortable, one problem is the wifi often has errors and the connection is not very fast. Maybe next time the wifi can be improved again. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant staycation here.

Stayed for the second time with my little family. Always want to stay here again because the place is cozy, feels like home and is very strategic. And most importantly, my child is also comfortable and not restless because the corridor is open 👌🏻 will come back again and again here, thank you namu

The hotel is very clean, with complete facilities, and a bathroom so spacious you can do somersaults 😂. It's worth the price, especially considering the large beds and the proximity to Oro-Oro Dowo Market and the city center.

Overall, it was great. From the staff, the rooms, the surroundings, and the convenience of other areas around the city.

The place for a staycation with a partner is very suitable, but for working on WiFi all day, I don't recommend just opening Google, you have to wait 2-3 minutes.

It's the umpteenth time staying at Namu, the employees are friendly, the rooms are clean and modern with smart TV & bluetooth speakers and most importantly the twin beds are large, so it can be used for 4 in 1 room. Even though they don't provide food / breakfast, there is free coffee, tea, bread. The location is also very strategic.

The room is comfortable, there is a bluetooth speaker. The atmosphere is also calm, nice to be a place to rest, it's a shame there are no slippers in the room.
