Hi, For the positive. 1. Strategic location. The disadvantages are. 1. The room does not have AC, the wind is open, so a lot of mosquitoes come in. 2. Until midnight, noisy outside sounds come into the room. So for those who want to rest, it is not suitable to stay here.

Ga berekspektasi lebih tp ternyata cukup menyenangkan di sini.

The place is aesthetic, beautiful, and the concept is good. Note: not suitable if you bring a large and heavy suitcase/bag because you have to climb the stairs to get to the room. The bathroom floor is not clean, there is a lot of dirt/dust collected in the corners. The bedroom doors were cracked, the bathroom door inside was also cracked. So it's a bit uncomfortable. Some rooms are equipped with fans, some are not. So it is suitable for staying in Malang when the weather is cold. The bed made a sound when changing sleeping positions. Not suitable for those who are easily disturbed by noise while sleeping.

If you want to stay again, you won't regret it, very unique and aesthetically pleasing.

Awalnya underestimated sama tempat ini karena murah dan no AC, pake kipas, karena kondisi malamg yang lagi full booked semua hotel akhirnya ya udah. Ternyata tempatnya homey, asri, no AC tapi ada kipas (ada kamar ga pake kipas dan boleh minta), kamar ada smart TV, paling penting bersih. Owner dan karyawan ramah banget. Bawa bayi usia 10 bulan ga repot, karena tempatnya enak. Minusnya, model pintu ga nutup semua jadi tidak kedap suara. Sebenernya tempat sunyi, tapi tergantung tamu lain ya, kebetulan kemarin tamu lain agak berisik dan mindahin barang dengan geret kedengeran (udah ditegur kok). Kamar tengah lebih sempit, ga ada kipas, tapi wifi lebih lancar, water heater besar ada tank nya. Kamar pojok luas, kamar mandi luas, ada kipas, lebih dingin, tapi water heater nya kecil (air lancar dan tetep anget tapi ga bisa panas), wifi ga nyampe jadi smart TV ga kepake heheh. Cuma untuk kamar harga segini pasti buat taruh punggung aja udah sangat sangat ok, apalagi dekat kota. Aku saranin pilih kamar pojok🫶🏻

The room does not match the expectations in the application. We arrived, the room wasn't ready and the receptionist didn't know if there was a booking by application. Already submitted a refund but the hotel was not cooperative.
