The first impression of the hotel was gloomy and dark, the room was not as many people had reviewed, the bed was uncomfortable, it was too narrow, there were cobwebs, the room had a dark industrial color, the curtains were dirty, the sheets were faded. Checking out took a long time, because the receptionist had to go around the room to check everything. The staff was really few and unfriendly. Be careful, even the slightest dirt on the sheets will be charged. The only positive thing about this hotel is its strategic location and many restaurants around it. Not recommended at all, it's better to just go to a budget hotel than this, which claims to be a boutique hotel even though it has 2-star hotel facilities.

The room is neat,we have to ask the receptionist if we want to make up the room. Beware of the bed sheet,we have to check it carefully, because they will give us fine if there is stain on it. The location is good, near with bugis junction, suntec city and MRT station. Overall we enjoy staying in this hotel.

friendly staff especially nabela, very helpful, downstairs there is a restaurant so sometimes the smell of the restaurant likes to come in but rarely. the location is strategic and very close to everywhere especially mrt and bugis area, very pleasant here only the lobby is too narrow, and this is very suitable for those who just sleep, tv does not have channels only 3, if the room wants to be cleaned must inform before 5. sofar stay here if only to sleep there are many activities outside it is better. suitable for travelers.

The receptionist was very kind, even when I had a problem unrelated to the hotel, they still helped me until it was resolved. The location is great, close to Bugis Junction, and there are lots of food and dessert shops downstairs.

The hotel was nice but tbh quite expensive for something that is 3 star with that kind of room. location wise it's really great because its near lots of restaurants

When we checked in, everything seemed fine. But when we entered the room, the pillowcases weren’t that clean. Then, during checkout, we were fined 50 dollars because they claimed our towels had black stains… but how could there be black stains just from showering? Very strange. They also fined us for the pillowcases, saying they were dirty, even though the stains weren’t even visible — just a faint dark mark that would definitely come out with washing. Honestly, I don’t recommend staying here. The hotel may be cheap, but during checkout, they’ll charge you with unreasonable fines. I definitely won’t stay here again.

We stayed in Calmo in June 2025 for four nights. I stayed in 2 double beds. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, one of the things needs to improve is the water heater since it didn't work properly.

During my stay at Calmo Bugis, I think it was just perfect for us. Starting from check in, the receptionist was very kind & very helpful. The room was spacious enough for the three of us. The AC was very cold. The water and the hot and cold worked well. The cleanliness of the room was quite clean. The strategic location is close to places to eat, bus stops, MRT stations. Overall very pleasant. 😊

I stayed there a few times, and I think the hotel is really value for money. Good location, clean hotel, and they have a jet shower, many charger ports, a fridge, shampoo, and soap included. Easy access to food.

The receptionist located at 2nd floor, and check in progress easily. The room is quite big according to Singapore standard, clean, no musky smell, got amenities, towel. Feels bit dark since they have black and grey vibe going, with pipe showing through the roof, no plafon. Worth the price we get, especially since it's near MRT station, Suntec City and Funan Mall on walking distance. The street bellow also sell various food (mostly hotpot and grill).
