Cheap, comfortable, spacious, and close to public facilities

The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was also excellent and responsive. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

The room didn't match the photo, it smelled of cigarette smoke, was very dirty, and had lots of cockroaches. I hope they can improve.

Unfriendly service, used bathroom not cleaned, hair on pillows and sheets.

There were lots of small cockroaches when I entered the room.

Bed sheet en pillow cover must selfwashing en all wat you want to used must first your self washing. Balcony Floor seem never sweef by attendant or clean up. Checks first by every box! Can be you find little crocoach.

Hopefully in the future things will be better for everyone.

Kamar nya kotor banyak banget kecoa, sampai beli bay*n untuk semprot di kamar. Kasur nya juga udah jelek, kerasa rangka kasur nya kalau kita tidur. Untuk handuk juga dikasih yang jelek, udah robek robek pinggiran handuk nya.

Masuk kamar pengap dan bau sprei londrynya bikin mual.

AC nya hanya angin aja, kamar mandi kotor, kamar pengap saya book 2 hari, 1 hari pertama hanya bertahan 4 jam aja trus kita keluar ganti hotel, hari kedua kita biarin gitu aja.

Book this unit only for transit (short rest, shower and change clothes for your reception at 19.00), arriving at the apartment 13.30. Dinfo check in at 14.00. Until 14.30 we were delivered to the unit. Ordered 2 bedrooms. Given a studio unit. After complaining, I was exchanged for a 2 bedroom unit. At 15.00 the 2 bedroom unit's electricity kept going off. When complained, the answer was: the bathroom lights were turned off. Overload. Even though we only use AC. Just keep dying. Complained, no response. Finally we showered without electricity (lighting using a cellphone flashlight). Dress up and change clothes without air conditioning. At 18.00 check out immediately. What a disappointment
