The hotel is very large, but the beds don't feel very comfortable. The rooms are clean and free of mold. The staff are attentive and helpful. The swimming pool is spacious. It's suitable for families looking for a relaxing vacation. It's also close to a bustling area; you can find many shops and restaurants within a short walk.

The hotel's premium decor service must have been excellent, making my partner happy. The room smelled nice, the hotel smelled nice, but it lacked some amenities for a booking of two (chairs, low table for suitcases, small pillows...). Perhaps this is a standard room, as it was supposed to be like that? Because previously, 3-4 star resorts had quite a few amenities, including two large and two small pillows. Soundproofing was good, but I could sometimes hear furniture being moved upstairs. The beach is about 500m from the resort; you can walk or book a VinGroup tuk-tuk (free). The room included VinGroup's VinWonders entrance fee. A VinGroup tuk-tuk ride from the resort to VinWonders costs 25k VND per person per way. It's been quite a while since I returned to the North of the island, and it seems to have changed a lot.

Located in the heart of Grand World, it's a 700m walk or a 50km tram ride to the beach! I recommend taking the tram. The air-conditioned rooms are a bit noisy! Otherwise, all services are good, typical of Vin hotels!

Since it's a budget hotel, I didn't expect much. It's located next to Grandworld, just a 300m walk away. It's okay for those who just want a room to sleep for a day and won't be staying long (for example, if you're going to Vinwonders all day). I had already read reviews about the breakfast buffet, so I wasn't surprised; the food was terrible, I could only eat one or two dishes. It was incredibly crowded, like a marketplace, making it difficult to find a seat. It would be less chaotic if the staff proactively arranged seating for guests instead of letting them choose their own seats. P.S.: If I go to Vinwonders again, I might book here again, but I won't book the breakfast buffet this time.

The room had a balcony, so it was quite airy and clean, but the mattress wasn't very comfortable :( The breakfast was okay. The hotel took good care of guests, being friendly and prompt. My mother was there on her birthday and the hotel secretly gave her a cake. So sweet! The location is convenient for visiting Grand World, Safari, and Vinwonder. It's a little far from the beach if you walk. The hotel has electric carts to the beach, but they aren't used often.

A very nice 4 stars big hotel but inexpensive, big room & very clean, good breakfast, big swimming pool, staffs are really nice, speak good English, walking distance to Grandworld, free Vinbus from the airport to hotel, to Safari, Vinworld & around on my stay. Very recommended to stay here. 🥰👍
