Phòng ốc nói chung là có sự ngăn nắp sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên cách âm không quá tốt, ở trong phòng nhưng vẫn nghe thấy tiếng chân hoặc tiếng nói chuyện ở ngoài rất nhiều. Nhân viên các bạn có sự nhiệt tình nhưng không chủ động, luôn cần mình nhắc hoặc đề xuất thì mới hỗ trợ (ví dụ ban tối mình nghe thấy tiếng động ở ngoài hành lang rất lâu nhưng đến khi phải nhắc nhân viên các bạn mới đi tìm và giải quyết). đôi lúc lễ tân còn không ngồi tại vị trí, dẫn tới việc tìm nhân viên rất khó!
