The breakfast is okay, not fancy but still delicious. Overall, it seems this hotel is an old one, the towels and the pillow cover on one of the room that we stayed was smells funny. But, if you need a place where you can easily go to the train station, this should be one of your options.

April came here at 1:40 PM and was able to check in straight away. Last June, I came at 1:30 PM and had to wait until 2:30 PM before I could check in. The reason was that it was being cleaned even though there were no towels or mats. The variety of food was drastically reduced from April. On the second day, the room was cleaned with towels and mats and arrived very late, around 5 AM even though the toilet was already wet.

Close to Malioboro, across from the train station.
At night, just get off and enjoy the many culinary delights in front of the hotel. Recommended for those who want to be within 5 minutes of Malioboro.

This is a first-star hotel from the Malioboro intersection towards Pasar Kembang/Tugu Station entrance. If possible, get a room facing Tugu Station, which is a great spot, especially for our kids, who are rail fans.
The bathroom is a bit tricky because it's compact and water easily spills onto the floor outside.

The hotel is nice.
The service is also friendly. Maybe yesterday was a long holiday, so the service was a bit busy and noisy.
Regarding the food, please check that the chicken still has its fine feathers.
