Very clean and modern hotel. Spacious room! Staff was OUTSTANDING!! Nataliya was the best at the bar. Restaurant and breakfast we excellent with lots of choices, especially the omelets. Everyone, especially the front desk staff made our first time visit to Germany a great memory. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hilton Hotel was outstanding!!! No if & or buts!!! Phenomenal!!! People outstanding!!! When I go back, going there again!!! They speak English & German!!! They are 10 !!!

The sheets had mold on them and hairs. The first two days there was construction going on in the room above us. Very loud and we tried to change rooms, but the front desk said they were fully booked. Breakfast is very bland, but included. It costs about $40 to take Uber into the city. $100 Uber to airport. Just pay extra and stay in the city. This property is in suburbia.

It was nice and convenient , we are heading back today for one more night.

The staff, restaurant, bar, and amenities, like laundry service and workout room, are great. The surrounding location is more industrial/business, but it's convenient if you have a vehicle. The nearest car charging station is a little ways away. I would stay here again.

Our flight was cancelled, I contacted the property night staff immediately and they left a note. I contacted the property again during the day confirming that we were still arriving but one day late. The staff confirmed both times. Upon arrival we were greeted by a staff member telling us that our room had been cancelled due to a no show and no other rooms would be available. After arguing they assigned us a room looking directly at the parking garage. While the hotel is clean, it is in an industrial area and you will need a car to get around.

Staff was not welcoming and offered poor service. So much so that I felt uncomfortable asking anything. The property is somewhat isolated, with limited dinning options around it. Would not recommend.

Inadequate price-quality ratio, extremely loud fan in the bathroom that disturbs sleep, limited restaurant hours and difficult connection with the city in late hours

Ideal place to stay near the Adele concert

The staff is extremely nice and thankfully speaks better English than I do German.

Staff was not very helpful.
