Great place to stay! Room was quiet and cold, just how I like it.

The property is great along with the ammenities. The down fall is the parking . You have to pay for parking in the garage and the house keeping isnt good . We stayed 4 days and never had the room cleaned and constanly had to go ask for towels and Toilet paper

We stay here for second time no doubt for a third time

Overall, just about everything was good; however, the only problem, unlike the amazing experience at the Hyatt House in San Francisco Bay just a few days before was the Front Desk did not inform me of the option to have our room cleaned, which was very disappointing. I was under the impression our room would be cleaned, trash discarded and the bath towels, washcloths refreshed. I did not learn this until the the end of our stay. Abdul of the Front Desk of the Hyatt house in San Francisco Bay did such an AMAZING & MEMORABLE job, I just thought such an experience would carryover in the L.A. location. Sadly, it didn’t.

Loved the property the only complaints we will have is the loud train noise that kept us at night. But also the area around it wouldn’t be safe to walk at night a lot of homeless people. But the staff and room was excellent and good breakfast!

The rooms were efficiently designed to be comfortable, welcoming, and useful. I especially appreciated the lack of petrochemical fragrance in the hotel laundry detergent. Great city views. Friendly, professional, and competent staff.

My favorite part was the spacious lobby with full bar and kitchen serving some great food. Kevin was behind the bar our first night and he made us feel at home. Breakfast was included. Nice variety of food and good coffee. Rooms were spacious, comfy bed and nice shower. Perfect location for going back and forth to Keck. Our stay was 10 out of 10

Everything about this place was great. My only complaint is that the A/C didnt work very well in the living room. Would stay again.
