The best apartment hotel with a sea view, large comfortable room, great bathroom, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, very comfortable cooking area, only the remote control for the econ was broken, not good, asked to change it, they said nothing.

For Indonesians planning to visit Mahkota Medical Center or just for a vacation, please stay here. It's very nice, clean, with large, and aesthetically pleasing rooms. If I go to Malacca again, I'll stay here many times.

The room size & facilities were actually adequate. From dining table, living room area, hairdryer, fridge, smart TV, bathtub and other utilities. The location is pretty far from Central (e.g. Jonker Street), however still accessible with Grab or 30 minutes-ish walk. The staffs were pretty helpful, the WiFi can't connect and they give several options. However, none of them work sustainably. So, the smart TV didn't work at all. My main concern was the cleanliness of the lobby and the room, I can still see the dust or visible dirt in my room. I believe it could be improved much much much better. I think, the room price could be increased as long as they provide better quality service & cleanliness. It was an okay stay. Not as bad as other reviewers review, but yes, I hope that they pay more attention to these aspects.

I was shocked to get such a luxurious and comfortable room for only around Rp 200,000. Awesome! I'll definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Malacca.

Besttt clean cheap beautiful. Only 10 minutes from the attraction near the center of Melaka. 4 minutes from the prison museum that is viral near tiktok haha. Best because it is not crowded like in the center. Chill everyone

There is someone trying to open the door. They enter the room password several times. Ring the doorbell twice at the same time. They also tried to push open the door. The room is not entirely clean. There is still dust on the bedsheets. The bathtub cannot be used. The water keeps draining from the tub until all of the water is gone. The bathroom is a total mess. The floors are always wet because the water cannot drain through the sewer. The air-conditioning needs to be serviced.

Service is not good & flexible. Room AC is not working.

Bring the kids on holiday here, it's really great. The pool is large, the house is beautiful, complete with Netflix TV+aircond+bathtub+dryer+kitchen cabinet+dining table+sofa at a very reasonable price. The check in and check out times are also smooth. Only the female receptionist with free hair is a bit rude. Just say go ahead and get the side eyes package again. Maybe she's just messing with me because it's 2.35pm and I asked if I could check in yet. hahaha

The staff are very friendly, but there's one night the air conditioner was broken, I think, because it's watery when I turn it on. But overall, I really love it.

the sink & bathroom drains are clogged..

The apartment is too stuffed. They provided a half used toilet paper roll. The kitchen plates and forks were not enough for 2 people! And can't be washed because they didn't provide anything to wash with. The lady on the counter was so friendly and amazing, she 's the one who made the stay worth it. But the guy was rude and had an attitude. I rented through Airbnb before and the experience was much better for a much cheaper price. Since Airbnb is on the boycott list I'm exploring other options. Bur this is not one I'll be using again.

A little disappointed. Arrived in Melaka, just traveloka call full book room already booked early but tibe tibe room is full book. But if I can't stay in the same room, I'll be angry, otherwise we'll be in Melaka. Please give me a little warning, don't do that to customers again. Huh. I'm worried that I've arrived in Melaka when I call to say that the room is fully booked, I'm not in the mood even though I've booked early. The room and common areas are superb dirty. Dust, hair everywhere. Toilet and room have unpleasant smell. Definitely is not recommended. Very low quality place.

Worst experience we ever had. Not really worth the price. I think I deserve a more clean room with that price. Please do a proper cleaning. (Unit B15-22)

The toilet is flooded..if the car is low, please don't park upstairs, if it goes down, the skirting will hang downstairs… the others are ok..the room is ok, satisfied
