The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. There was no chair in the room, but had a desk. The only place to eat breakfast was on an outside patio. One morning the temperature was below freezing and would have appreciated an indoor space to eat. No table or chairs in the room. Many mechanical noises at night made it difficult to sleep.

The location of the hotel is very centrally located. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very walkable. The room was small but clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind—they were wonderful. The Continental breakfast was generous and appreciated. If you have mobility issues, be aware they do not have an elevator. My husband found the bed in our room (Nápoles) to be too firm for him, which I was surprised about, as I found it okay. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

The room was nice and clean, the water was gloriously hot, the front desk staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. All staff was friendly and courteous. Exceptional was that there is someone on duty 24/7, and the gate is secure and locked at all times. Someone lets you in, there is no key for the front gate, so it felt super safe. The only "bad" thing i have to say, and it's just a suggestion for safety, is the tiles in the shower are dangerously slippery when wet. I would suggest putting down something more for grip. But that's the only negative thing. I think it was great value and well worth it. Would gladly stay here again!

Amazing staff who were very helpful. Good cooked breakfast. Bed was comfortable.Noisy area. Had a problem with the key and the water going off but they tried very hard to fix it.
