The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The only complaint I have is that we had a three day stay and had two towels in our room. They didn’t do room service to replace dirty towels every day. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t do that. I even told the maids that we needed towels and returned to the room to find no replacement towels. I found out two days into the stay that you had to take your dirty towels to them to replace them. Then when I did that, I was informed that they were out of towels and that I could wait until the next day to get some. This was mid afternoon and they had no towels??? What hotel runs out of clean towels?!? We were in town for a ball tournament out in the heat getting sweaty and had no clean towels!! We had to hang our two towels up to dry and reuse! Because of the towel situation, we will not be returning to this best western again.

I didn’t like the fact that I reserved and purchased my room online and still had to pay for my room when I checked in, and later found out from two different front desk workers that I wasn’t supposed to be charged anything.

Everything good

The room was clean and right beside a Wal-Mart and other restaurants/fast food. Only problem there was a small child in the room above. We could hear it running around the room.. the child did not stop until after midnight!!!! We didn’t get very much sleep!

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the varied choices. It was a very good stay.

Check in went well looks like they were repainting some areas overall was a good stay very comfortable everyone was friendly and professional we will stay again thanks for everything.

Had to inquire if housekeeping would clean the room and provide clean towels. Was there 4 days and the room was never cleaned. Had to go to the front desk and get clean towels.

We appreciated the friendly staff both at check in and check out. The area felt safe and had a lot of restaurant options and a Walmart nearby. Unfortunately our room felt dirty: stained carpet and upholstery, broken handle on dresser, mini fridge and freezer had staining inside, etc. Breakfast wasn’t well stocked.

Convenient, quiet and safe spot to stay. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Room was good. Spacious room, big TV, nice shower. The hallway on 2nd floor smelled like garbage. I would recommend all the carpets being deep cleaned. Overall it was a good stay
