One sauna 2 others closed and no whirl pool

Great stay for hockey tournament.

The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating, they even let us check in early and when the sauna and steam room wasn’t working the staff tried to help us out and was very pleasant. Unfortunately one of the main reasons we booked was because we wanted to enjoy the pool for the kids which was very cold and when the saunas didn’t work we couldn’t warm them up so that was kind of a bust. Positives were the rooms were clean and shower pressure was great, cons were that the beds are very firm so firm that if given the option I wouldn’t be able to stay again as it will hurt my back to sleep multiple nights and blankets are thin and curtain like but I’m sure you could ask for additional blankets.

The room was clean & staff was friendly, check in went smooth and we were able to park right outside our door. The only problem we ran into was the breakfast sandwiches were expired.

Power went out every 20 minutes throughout the night. Door to my room looked like it had broken down by police and only closed after slamming it repeatedly. Not worth the money.

Good and clean. Feather duvet would have been perfect but I’m spoiled lol. Over all good value

I had dog hair on the couch and the receptionist gave me a hard time with my bookings. It was time consuming

Simple and fasr check-in. Last minute decision to stop traveling due to weather conditions and this hotel was an excellent choice.

Property is somewhat aged. Some of the fleece bedding had holes in it. Breakfast was limited but sufficient

It served its purpose a good warm comfortable room for the night. Good shower and comfy beds.
