Everything was great, third time staying here

The room was great and spacious. The staff were very helpful

The rooms smelled every time we walked in. Recommend an air freshner in the room. The temperature was too hot even with the central heat turned off and window open. Consider a fan. Finally, the room was a bit dry as well, consider a humidifier

The staff is wonderful! They are nice and try to help. The hotel is located in center. The breakfast is tasty. But we cannot order more than 1 coffee and more than 1 cup of orange juice. I prefer buffet.

Spacious rooms, sumptuous breakfast. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Great location, peaceful, with superb restaurants and bars are on the doorstep. Staff are amazing. Helpful, friendly, all you could ask for. The room was clean and a good size. Location was convenient to the major tourist sites. I would stay here again.

This hotel was well-located, near the Platka. Restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Modern, well-appointed rooms.

Great location

Bathroom and shower literally in the room next to your bed and separated only by a glass doors. No privacy what so ever. When you take a shower water is going straight to the room next to your bed. Big window looking into..... closed space with a fire stairs. But they have a coffee Nespresso machine in the room and breakfast has choices that cooked for you.

We arrived early and were very grateful to be given an early check in. The room was fine. It is basic, but was clean and comfortable. The shower and shower products were amazing. The breakfast was good. Overall nothing outstanding, but good for one night. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Lots of places to eat nearby.

The reception was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were a bit dark and without and natural lighting. The bartender in the evening was outstanding. OVerall a good stay and the location was quite ideal.

This property was beautiful and close to the attractions and shopping. The staff was wonderful and helped us check in when we arrived. They were accommodating for our family. Would stay here again!
