We arrived very late in a cold night with 2 small children. Staff kept making mistakes with the card keys, while my kids were falling off their feet from exhaustion, and the situation didnt seem to bother the staff very much. The rooms were not clean but it can work for one night if all you need is speedy access to the airport, which is basically what I needed.

Very convenient if you have a car

Only stayed for one night due to late flight. Staff were very friendly.We were picked up from the airport with in minute of calling which was great. Apartment looked good and well equipped. Coffee table was damaged this didn't matter to us but it cheapened the look of a very nice apartment I think it would have been better had it be removed. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. It was extremely hot when we stayed. We struggled with no Aircon and only one fan so slept with balcony doors open. Breakfast was good too.

Services is very bad

Please make a note this hotel is in France and situated in an isolated location, there is no public transportation available. If you have plans for Basel, Switzerland, it's better to stay in Basel as you get a free travel card and a half-fare card for visiting any attractions. Otherwise, you might end up paying 80Euros for to and fro journey from the hotel to the basel station alone. The hotel says they provide shuttle service from the airport but you need to check the availability. The rooms are clean. There is no problem with that.

Check in was in Mercure next door and was quite easy. Hostess was very friendly

El apartamento estaba limpio y es muy comodo. Los balcones, amplios. La zona muy silenciosa pero si no tienes un vehiculo, muy a trasmano. Si vas al aeropuerto de Basel, seguramente hay mejores opciones para alojarse, a nosotros nos resultó muy compleja la salida a Francia.

First keycard did not work, second keycard opened an apartment that belonged to another customer (who was in the apartment), third keycard opened the right apartment. Not a word of apology by staff about this.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 Double beds for a family of 4, however there are only 2 double beds plus a sofabed which would take the whole sitting room space if extend it out, no extra duvey for it. The worst is that there is only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, its quite inconvenient for 4 pp infact, i cant image if 6 pp can share toilet n shower facility in the apartment which mentioned to be 6pp occupancy. Location is really really far from Basel City Center, NO UBER nor any public transport around , u can only ask the reception staff to call a taxi wherever u go, its very expensive, it cost around CHF 50 to city center and CHF 10 to Airport, but Airport shuttle is free if you book in advance.The room is clean except the old towels and the dirty carpet, stains and black marks are obvious. The guests are expected to wash all the plates and cups before checking out, otherwise penalty applies, its ridiculous for hotel guests I think. No facilities in the hotel at all, the gym is too primitive to be of any meaningful use, very disappointed. No conceige in the building, we have to walk to the Mercure Hotel next to it to check in , no phone call service. Fee applies to Late check out. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Great place although disappointed that on the listing it mentioned swimming pool but only available if you pay. Apart from that which is probably Hotels.com problem rather than the hotel itself, the place is excelent.

Excelente place, clean and the food at the restaurant was fantastic!

Don’t stay here if you want a restful night. Loud neighborhood, people on balconies at all hours, and of course planes departing. No AC so without windows open it was stifling. Room phone not working and front desk just shrugged and said ‘Yep some don’t work’.

The internet photos of the Adagio suggest the availability of a swimming pool...however this pool belongs to the neighbour Hotel Mercure. The use of the pool costs Euros 25.- per person...the internet photos are thus misleading..and the use of the pool is clearly too expensive! A nasty trap in a way.....

The apartment was not clean. The bed was dusty, and we found 3 cockroaches during our 2-days stay. We paid prior for breakfast for the 2 days, but I had to cancel the payment for the second day since our flight was early, and I informed the reception in the evening of the first day. During check-out I was told that they will send me back the €40 to my card within few days, but I have received nothing.

Overall a very good and restful place. You will need a car to reach the location. Checkin was excellent. They also allowed my daughter to check in early as she arrived before us. Property is very clean and safe. Kitchen had all the amenities. Surrounding area is very nice. Only issue is that the apartment has no air conditioning so gets a little uncomfortable during the day. I would rate this as an excellent place to stay.

Great place, could accommodate all 5 of us with plenty of space. Free parking lot and supermarket in walking distance. Everything else is far you definitely need a car to commute

Many updates have been completed since our last stay here. Additional decor and furniture pieces are an added bonus. Property clean and conveniently located to airport. Staff professional. Will continue to make this our home base for future visits to Alsace. Recommend.
