Check in was very quick and smooth. Room was clean and good size. Hotel restaurant was very good food amazing,breakfast also very good a great selection of food and drinks.

It was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, so many options. The staff were very nice. The beds are so very comfortable.

Even the suit was small. Very clean though. Breakfast was great if you get there early, but not well stacked mid morning.

The hotel is relatively new. Clean and great location. Check in was easy. More than everything, the staff were great! Alison at the breakfast buffet was so wonderful. Receptionists, cleaners were also very friendly. Definitely recommend it!

It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic location right at the water. The check-in employee was unfriendly and incompetent, however, the manager Lina absolutely made up for his mistakes and was very professional. Same at the rooftop restaurant that we visited almost every day: 2 of the employees were rude and incompetent but Oscar was amazing, nice and super professional. So half of the staff is useless. Also it is very cold in the room and even the AC warmest limit is still super cold, which is indeed annoying. Otherwise, it is a great hotel with great breakfast and great food and walkable to the train station and so many beautiful points of visit

Fantastic location close to the train station. Overlooking the ocean and thee views are great from the dining area, rooms. The breakfast buffet was a very large spread and we really enjoyed the food. The gym was decent. Only complaint was that you have to pay to access the swimming pool. A new concept for us but whatever - just a minor issue. Would stay again for sure

A lovely hotel spoilt by its modern technology. The car park is a nightmare as it refuses to obey the most basic entry submissions. Not sure what we’ve been charged as text never received. The rooms don’t even have cupboard drawers and limited hanging space, but an iron and ironing board. On our second evening our TV headlined mid movie “Thanks for your stay…” and switched off. The breakfast included in all bookings was amazing but be there before the 9.30am close as they start clearing the extensive range of food choices at 9.30.
