ONE WORD *DISGUSTING* The Place and Service
Checked in on January 17th, checked out on January 20th.
But I didn't check in until 8 PM on the 17th, and I decided to check out that night.
The receptionist was busy playing games on her phone, and I was still talking to her face.
That night, I tried to go down to the receptionist and said I wanted to get my ID card and a 100,000 IDR deposit.
Then, there was an officer in the receptionist's room, along with a young man wearing only a t-shirt and shorts. I didn't know who he was.
I explained that I had brought a small child and that my child was sleeping, so I wanted to process it first. Because it was raining outside,
my money was received after I hadn't been in it for three days. And only because the key was still in the room where my child was still sleeping, and the tone and attitude of the old man were inappropriate. Still, they weren't allowed to process it first.
Logically, the deposit was only 100,000. My money came in over 300,000 during the three days I didn't use it.
There was no tolerance or policy whatsoever.
The system was robust, but the accommodation was DECLINED.
