Great location, couple of good bars and a LIDL within walking distance, good facilities and staff, great breakfast, and great gym and sauna.

Great hotel

The room was nice with really comfortable beds. Having a nice gym and sauna in the hotel was great. Probably one of the best things was the nice kitchen we had access to.

The front desk staff was efficient and it was nice to fill my water bottle with clean drinking water on tap in the lobby while they verified our documents.

Breakfast was great. Free laundry was convenient. Tram stop being right next to the hotel was also convenient.

An excellent chic hotel set away from the hustle & bustle of the city, but close enough for easy access. Staff and rooms excellent

Upon arriving to the hotel I was immediately met with a warm welcome and smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and I was even given an upgrade which was a nice bonus. There was such a sweet note and dessert in the room on arrival. Staff have been friendly throughout my entire stay, always offering a warm welcome or helpful advice. The common kitchen was awesome, we made some eggs and bacon in the morning and had some snacks in the evening. Central location, easily accessible by transport. I need to give a special shoutout to Maria for her hospitality. Truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. (To the manager reading this please give her some recognition of her hard work)

Very clean hotel. Great location near the tram station with easy access to Messukeskus. The only problem for a tea lover like me is that the room do not contain a kettle. To me, the kettel is more impoprtant than the mini-bar available in the room. However, They have a common kitchen that can be used for this purpose.

Room and hotel is very clean. Restaurant downstairs is excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Only shame at breakfast was proper barista made coffee couldn’t be made.

Very good service, but they are reporting me I took some of the room property, a container for rituals or something like this, which bother me a lot!!. I have more than 40 years traveling internationally and never had a situation like this. very disappointed!!

The Folks hotel simply is great ! lovely sauna, steam room and gym. The Hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. With a tram stop about a minute away its was easy to get all around Helsinki.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely warm welcome even though my flight was cancelled/rearranged and I didn't end up landing at the hotel until midnight. I was upgraded to a family room which gave me a huge room all to myself! The thing that really blew me away was the yoga studio 😍 a beautiful fairy light lit space I made full use of and enjoyed having a play on the frames around the room too. We have offices just down the road so the location is perfect and I hope to be back one day!

Pros : Staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful . Breakfast was outstanding . Local transportation was fantastic for reaching the city. Local area as quiet unpleasant to walk around. Cons: Presumably a local climate means you need well sealed rooms but they can become stuffy with no options for opening the room to air . Internet was iffy. Most of the time it seemed to work well enough but it was pretty slow and often the effort to reconnect after being disconnected for some mysterious reason, was difficult.
