A too-brief stay of 2 nights and 3 days in Fukuoka. It's a great city with a lot to offer. The room was clean, compact, and comfortable - if you are accustomed to Western-style hotels, be aware that the rooms are quite small by comparison. Everything worked well, including the ability to control the temperature. As the name implies, it is in the western part of the Tenjin neighborhood, close to lots of shopping and eating, and walkable (a little further) to areas such as the popular Canal City Hakata. Short walk to two stations on the Airport line, which takes you to Hakata Station and also directly to Fukuoka Int'l Airport - cheap and efficient. The staff were polite and efficient. Check-in was at a kiosk, with some assistance from staff. A special note about Mr. Chun, who was very friendly and helpful. He also speaks excellent English. Note: the entrance is easy to pass - enter just to the left of Cafe Max coffee shop.

The property was what I expected with this price. The location was convenient. My only concern was the safety. Frontdesk staff were not paying attetion to guets coming in. They do not check your room key nor greet you.

ベッドの頭側の木枠の上に、前宿泊者のはずしたカラコンが置かれてた。 枕が小さくて寝辛かった。

施設自体は良い

福岡市の中心にありとても便利なところにあります。静かで治安も良いのでおすすめです。

地下鉄駅から近く、どこへでもアクセスでき、周辺にドラッグストアや飲食店があり、立地は最高。 施設は可も無く不可も無い普通のビジホだが、従業員の接客が残念だった

スタッフはそこそこ丁寧だったし、掃除も気にならない程度には行き届いてました。 駅から近く、チェックインとチェックアウトがスムーズでした。 また宿泊したいと思います。

ダイナミックプライシングで必要以上に宿泊代が高かった！

特徴的なホテルではないです。冷蔵庫に入れていたものが翌朝完全に固まっていました。設定が冷凍庫になってる？

洗面の排水溝が汚れていて、少し不快でした。お風呂場の鏡も汚れていたので残念でした。

ツインルームに宿泊しました。 お部屋は清潔感があって快適に過ごせました。 気になる点としてはエアコンの音がそこそこうるさいことですかね。 夜中は少し気になりました。 周辺環境は天神の中心地から少し離れるので静かですが、徒歩で天神を巡れるので良いと思います。
