Stayed in a self-equipped cottage and enjoyed the proximity to ostrich, elands, notebooks and zebra. Rented mountain bikes (not a great selection for a small woman but found one) and road to the ocean pools. Tough on the washboard roads! Gorgeous coast. Staff were terrific, had to deal with a baboon break-in (hide ALL food) and eager to please. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but had drinks by the fire there as it was chilly and damp. Friends did the marine guided walk and said it was excellent.

A great place to relax in the countryside. Animals right on the doorstep. The journey over the gravel road is really worthwhile. We would visit the place again, as this time the bad weather thwarted our plans.
