Check in was written at 2 o'clock but only arrived at the room at 3 o'clock, there was no check in confirmation from the apartment owner on the day of check in, it was very difficult to contact the apartment owner so he used up his personal credit, there was no soap/shampoo and the bathroom smelled bad .
