The property is very well maintain. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

This is a great property in the best part of the Old Town. It is very easy to see all of Old Town. It is also easy to get to the rest of the city as the public transport is nearby. The hotel is also about two doors down from the museum. The property is interesting in the best way possible, architecturally and historically. Our room was quite large with all the amenities you'd expect from a property like this. Our morning breakfasts were wonderful. We had quite a buffet selection. We also had the option of individual orders of omlettes, etc. Hotel staff were attentive. Our concierge was helpful to us. She (I never got her name) helped book various excursions and more. The front desk, bell, and restaurant staff were great. We would go back there any time.

Review is for last minute hotel changes. Received email stating last minute changes in hotel, email read with equal or better amenities/ quality. Sadly this was not the case. I booked a luxury boutique hotel and was changed to a chain-hotel. Not only was the room size smaller, bathroom vanity was single and small, not enough room for our grooming items. (room had a 2nd 1/2 bathroom with a mini-sink only, no vanity space) I personally selected H15 luxury room with bathroom having a dual vanity with amble grooming space. Was not looking for a cookie cutter chain hotel. Shower water temperature was not consistent, frustrating while showering temperate would go from warm to cold. Again, essential features/needs were inadequate. Do have to say their breakfast was very good. I pre-booked tours to meet/pick up at H15 hotel, another inconvenience, we had to walk over from our new assigned hotel to H15 for our tours. I understand things happen tho please do not mislead people about the new accommodations being the same or better.

Beatiful hotel excellent service perfectly located

We stayed at the H15 palace for 3 nights. Great location with easy access to town square, shopping etc. Train station is a 10 minute walk. The hotel was recently renovated. Our bathroom was super nice! Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay

A beautiful hotel that is a blend of old world charm and modern amenities. The staff is warm and welcoming without exception. I would plan another visit to Krakow just for the pleasure of staying here again.

Great hotel! We had an excellent stay: hotel was clean, staff very helpful, and the spa and facilities were great. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main square but further enough away for it to be quiet at night. Would highly recommend.

It was my husband's birthday. H15 really looked after him and made our stay very special.

Excellent hotel on a perfect location

Beautifully appointed with all the trappings of a luxury hotel. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were just perfect with the pool having the additional benefit of a powerful jet stream facility for ‘never ending’ swims. Krakow is a wonderful city and the H15 hotel matches its beauty and situated less than 5 minutes from the main square.

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Krakow and I’ve done my fair share of traveling. The staff is exceptional, and the space is absolutely beautiful! Love the gym, sauna, and pool. Very charming and serene property that is only a few minutes away from the center square. Highly recommend!

I Defilad hotel. Great breakfast. Fantastic Spa. Getting sold to Marriot so hope they don’t wreck it.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Our suite was huge with an incredible bathroom. It’s a beautiful building and the spa is really cool. The staff from start to finish were brilliant. We were picked up from the airport and it really set the tone for a great stay. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Krakow
